Victorian art glass hanging basket on rustic thorn stand

A Victorian art glass basket in pale blue cased glass - shaped like a parasol with a clear thorn handle with a clear rustic thorn stand. This was a flea market find. These hanging baskets are thought to be English in origin. Just another example of the fanciful, imaginative glass made in the late 19th century!
