Signed Strombergshyttan B1029 ~ Label in from says Sweden ~ 8 inches high ~ oval shaped ~ top 3 1/2 wide ~ glass 3/4 thick. Beautiful engraving of a woman. It was given to me in a tag sale box.

The vase also has the /C1113 and the weight is 8lbs 4oz.
A beautiful piece and a fine example of what Strömbergshyttan could produce. B1026, a vase from 1963-64 I think. Design probably Asta Strömberg. Engraving motif C1113, for sure by Rune Strand. The engraving seems so perfect and skilled done, wich indicate that Rune Strand also as can be the engraver for this vase.

This beautiful vase was in a yard sale box and I absolutely fell in love with it. I am not a collector but I have no plans of getting rid of it. Again thank you so much.
