The Galle' vase is 12.5" tall, and has a ground color of pink and white, with layers of yellow and orange.
The mystery vase appears to be from Legras, signed on the side with some type of retailer or artist cypher, a M on top of a T. Similar examples have been seen in the same colorway and shape signed Legras.
