Stromberg Carlson Bell Box

Here is a Stromberg Carlson bell box from early 1900's. Looks like Western Electric bells & coil. When I received it it was covered in silver paint! I knew under that silver was a beautiful quarter sawn oak wood. So I stripped it, and sprayed it with just a satin varnish. Cleaned off years of dirt on the nice large 3" bells and her it is! I try not to remove the original wood finishes when possible, but the silver paint had to go!
