This exactly matches a post of Al's from 3 years ago. I can't beat his description (linked below) - why try and improve on that?
It is unmarked in common with most (all?) UK deco export from Czechoslovakia and is 16cm high.
The yellow petals glow yellow under UV but I don't think this is uranium??
