      agree on the hobstar and fan motifs, but also looks like maybe some gray cut on the diamond grid; hard to tell for sure

      check Imperial Glass NUCUT line #212 c1912, aka: Diamond with Fan, and/or Star & Fan. Fuzzy pics make it hard to see details; if that's it this would be an EAPG pattern; tho' Imperial Glass produced this pattern for many years.
