Can't find this sign in any of my books. It came off a barn out in British Columbia, Canada. No manufacturing marks. Anyone know if this is made in USA or Canada? Thanks

A few red flags with this sign, any one of which isn't definitive, but when taken as a whole indicate this is probably not an old, authentic sign. A couple things you point out: Not in the guides and no maker mark. Others include font used for "Drink" and "Delicious and Refreshing" are not true to the intended period. Also there are similar repro/fantasy signs on the market that appear to be from the same series. Like tin signs from around this period are usually embossed with an unfinished back side. As a collector of tin Coca-Cola signs, my opinion is that it's not right. But I'm an enthusiast, not an expert, so maybe we'll hear what other Coke collectors think.

This sign is the real deal. I've been collecting signs over twenty years and have seen many re pops. Old nail holes, over paint and very old dried up tar on it that was tough to remove.
