Here's a Satin Harrach Glass Vase that I purchased at an estate sale last year. The vase is 9 inches in height, there is a number 22 on the bottom and there is an area where they may have been a signature but I am not sure. I don't know anything about this vase or it origin.

I'm not sure that it's a cameo vase as such. But those cherries and branches do have height. I know exactly what you mean. They did plums as well on satin glass like yours and mine .... and other backgrounds too.
