    This little booklet was issued by the various US states' Bell Telephone Companies, with this one being from PA. It's a quaint memento of the bygone days of communications.

    Besides having spaces for names, numbers and addresses, there were also included statements re: direct dialing, the virtues of The Yellow Pages, long distance info etc.
