I bought this several years ago. I think the double prisms and the hobnail shade are just beautiful. I dont know the designer of this frame.

I passed up on one of these at an estate sale last fall, it was $275, I kick myself in the butt everytime I think about not buying it, it must be worth double their asking price.
Beautiful! I don't know anything about the frame either, but mine is very similar, with the curly cues on it. If I find out anything I will post it here.
