      I've never seen a piece of jewelry with so many different precious metal marks. I would suggest taking it to a reputable jeweler for testing. Arts & Crafts movement jewelry has specific lines/designs and is relatively easy to identify. This brooch is much too "busy" to be Arts & Crafts, in my opinion.

      It does not have a maker's mark or you haven't found it yet. The hallmark only lists the metal contents. Since 1960s-70s artists have been mixing metals in that way - the brooch may be made of silver, "plated" with 14k gold (vermeil), with 18k gold and platinum accents. Yours is on the newer side, imho. It may be a studio piece, but a good size studio or a professional artist, so keep looking for a small mark or signature and good luck.

      Thanks very much, I work in the industry so we have tested the metal and its is not plated, Will keep looking for a hallmark though
