I'm not sure but I think she is suppose to have a cigarette in her mouth, but it is missing,any info anyone?

Maybe she's blowing bubbles? I couldn't tell how large her mouth opened, but from others I have seen, most with cigs would have a hand up to be more ...uh-hummm...."lady like"...love Risqué!
