    WWII Black Watch (Royal Highlanders of Canada) Tam O'Shanter with original period red hackle. The Tam O'Shanter is in good condition, and is 1943 dated and a size 7. Manufactured in Winnipeg. The red hackle is distinctive to the Black Watch. Overall, nice looking Tam.
