I have 3 different sizes of this bottle ,was it drug related or not? I bought these bottles at different bottle shows here in sunny miami over the years ,and thought it was funny that the word cocaine is embossed on it,i have 3 different sizes and all 3 are mint.

They are drug related but at the time cocaine was often used.

Burnetts Cocoaine bottles are not drug related bottles they are hair dye bottles not cocaine bottles. If you look at the spelling on the bottle the word Cocoaine is not spelled Cocaine. There are attic mint Burnetts bottles out there with the original hair dye label still on them. This type of Brunetts hair dye bottle can be found rarely with an ( 1850's ) open pontil mark on them. Also in a hinge mold type. The smooth base types are a lot more common. It's to bad the bottle was not made in a real nice color like puce or cobalt blue. Sizzler

Sizzler is absolutely correct...I have found two of these in clear flint glass...digging bottles, actually I think I will go back to the same spot as there might be more.
