Frisco Velodrone

I recently found a photo album of Bicycling from around 1915 -1925, It features many pictures of racers and race tracks (flat board) Two are named Frisco and Newark, Newark I am assuming is New Jersey. These four photos are noted Frisco, which at first I thought was San Francisco, now I am not sure, as there was a Velodrone in Frisco Texas also. Any help identifying where this Frisco is would be appreciated.
