I love these clocks even if they make my living room a bit crowded. The first photo of the Ridgeway grandmother clock and the Pearl grandfather clock were purchased at two different flea markets. The middle photo of the Howard Miller grandfather clock, I purchased at a local furniture store about 29 years ago. The third photo was also purchased at a flea market. It is a Barwick grandmother clock. All of these have Westminister chimes. It can get a bit noisy around my house on the hour.
Thanks cowboy60, grandmother, grandfather, and cuckoo clocks are my
favorite clocks.
Thank you dusty
Thank you Bratjdd, I dont have any room for more grandmother and grandfather clocks I know they were atleast three i had to just look them over and oh well.
They do make a beautiful group Clockman! I assume they chime and strike on "jumbo" chime rods. Those really sound nice in the big, resonant tall cases. We really love Grandfather Clocks!
Thank you Bruce99, I had three grandmother clocks and sold one to a nephew and had three grandfather clocks and sold him one of them and have had to walk away from tw0 grandmother clocks and one triple chime grandfather clock for $150.00 at a north ga fleamarket. if i had a truck it would have been here. we love to hear the chimes on the hour and strike. no over night guest here. my brother says it sound like its raining with all that ticking
Thank you Timeless5 and cowboy60
