This vase is 7" high x 4" wide x 3" deep. It was stuffed with a bunch of useful junk, which is why I bought it, but later I noticed it seemed to be a nice quality vase and of somewhat unusual design and signed, to boot. I've had it for some years but never been able to find out anything about it. maybe the CW pottery pros can help me! Guessing it is probably American made studio pottery. There three dark roses (?) on the side that is not shown.
If you flip the photo, it looks like the monogram is EY. I will see what I can find
