I am wondering if anyone can tell me how old this curio / bookcase is? It was sold at a shop as an antique in 1986. It is on wooden castors and has carving. Victorian? The photos were correct in my file, I am not sure how to fix them.

Hi, and welcome to Collectors Weekly Show and Tell. Your bookcase is from the Golden Oak period, late 1890's -1920's. Part of the Industrial Movement when furniture was being sold through catalogs. Appears to be solid Oak with original brass hardware. The carving was machine made and applied to the piece. Nice piece, at least 100 years old.
To fix your photos, go to your file and edit them so they are vertical, narrower in width and taller, like your first photo. Hope this helps
