I'd love to know who this little boy is, I have one in a white sailor uniform and all I can find other than yours is one in a blue sailor's uniform.
Hi jebbidy - I researched, but could not find this exact item. I've found several of the smiley big head boys, including on Etsy. Seems you can buy the molds and paint them - police officer, mailman, sports players, sailor, etc. I have not found "Tony" the tire boy. My aunt lived in Brooklyn and most likely purchased Tony there. Search for "70s Atlantic Mold" to find several on Etsy.
