The Lustre Art Glass Company was formed in 1920 in Maspeth New York. by Conrad Vahlasing, son-in-law of Quezal's founder, Martin Bach, Sr. They are best known for their art glass shades. The company only lasted a few short years. Their vases are exceedingly rare. The color reminds me of the very best Steuben Aurene.

This vase came to me as an unexpected gift from a friend...an extremely generous gift that my children will inherit. Thank you Frank.
