Gay School Bus, '60s. Made by the Gay Toy Co. The Gay Toy Co. was founded in Walled Lake, Mich. in 1962. They produced cheap dime store toys until '87, when for some reason they changed their name to American Plastic Toys Inc. There seems to be a lot of information on "Gay Toys" on the internet if you want to do some research. 'Nuff said.
    Thanks,
    Bill

That has a third meaning or perhaps a version 2.1 of the second meaning which like a goofy school bus but more negative than "goofy". Still yes perhaps a good idea to walk.

That's my kind of bus! All it needs is a rainbow flag... :-)

      Thanks Anything.

Ironlace, they had a set of school kids that came with versions of the bus. Unfortunately the technology to mold figures in rainbow colored plastic wasn't available in the '60s and they had to use blue plastic. I'll try to find a small rainbow flag and repost it.
