      I uploaded one of your pictures to replacements dot com, and it came back with this:

      Here are other Taylor Smith & Taylor china patterns, many of which have that back stamp of the company name surrounded by a laurel wreath, so 1930s seems like a reasonable estimate of vintage:

      TS&T was in existence until 1981:

      I never found a comprehensive collection of TS&T back stamps. However, given the ones I saw at that ceramics museum site, your piece probably could be as new as the 1940s, but it can't be older than 1937 (because of the Plymouth shape).
