Angel Heads - Sir Joshua Reynolds

This is a black & white work from Sir Joshua Reynolds, titled "Angel Heads". It has a signature on the bottom right and the name on the left. I had gotten it matted and framed years ago. The frame recently broke and I need to reframe it. I found this in my grandparents house. I thought it was signed until I realized he was from the 1700's and that was probably unlikely. However, I don't know the medium used or the time period it may have been created. The angels lips are red. It is a really beautiful picture and any information would be appreciated.
