Hello everyone!!
Several months ago, I posted a pair if cast iron bookends made from antique bathtub feet. Well, here's another that has been whimsically painted to depict a journalist sitting at his typewriter. The painting is signed and was painted by M.T. Matthews in 1973. It so very well painted and, I must say, is very creatively done. It measures 6 1/4" tall, 4 3/4" wide and weighs 2 1/2lbs.
