Who is this artist?

Good morning, I'm from Sao Paulo, Brazil. This painting was my mother's. I would like to know if anyone knows this painter "M.Church", if there is any reference, or biography of this author, when/where he lived, etc. And also, where can we find more of his paintings, and if they have any value.
