This brooch is by Alfred Philippe, for Crown Trifari. With a Sapphire pear rhinestone, two pink marquise, one sapphire and four peridot rounds. Carnival glass and red baguettes. It's from the Gem of India collection. Oct. 2 - 1951. Patent 164,723.
