This vase in about 6.5" high x 4" widest diameter, snapped pontil, signed "Bar 03" on the bottom, 1 lb 13.3 ounces. The third letter is poorly formed so "r" is my best guess. It is a little bit too good to be a glass shop project, so guessing it was made by a professional or semi-professional glass blower. Guessing American because I bought it used in San Antonio, TX.
Still, a pretty little adult vase (over age 21) and no signs of wear, even if I cannot attribute it.

Thanks for your comment, Jenni! I was thinking that even given the size of my art glass collection, I don't have anything in this color combination. That is what first caught my attention. Seeing it was signed clinched the deal since it is an inexpensive research opportunity.
