This is my Impala SS I've had it since I was 12 [I am the 2nd owner] ,it is a 327 4 speed,with a white top and is completely original ,and no rust! [for those of you in the drier states, that a miracle here!Plans are for a complete ground up restoration.
Oh ,did I mention it was wrecked in 1978?And my dad paid $600 for it(from a Insurance co.)The dealer had owned it from 1972-78 but never transfered the title!
It was sold new in 1966 by Lawson Chevrolet Gaston Indiana,
traded in to DeHart Chevrolet Gaston Indiana in 1972,
bought wrecked by my dad in 1978 from DeHart Chevrolet.
I have since spoke to the original owners,that still live in the same house,they got a kick out of seeing the photos I sent them!
Does it still run?
yes,had it out 2 years ago.
