    Hello, I'm not sure how to put a value on an item such as this...is there anyway to date this bottle...vintage cherry by heering...any information on this item would be greatly appreciated.

      It looks like there is a tax stamp label around the neck of the bottle. If it is a tax stamp that could guide you in finding the age.

      Hello, the only remaining portion of this label reads"less than 1/2 pint" that's about it.

      To fhrjr2:

      Found a bottle of Cherry Heering that we got from our parents. It looks like yours. Did you ever find out anything about the value of the bottle. Our bottle has a 3/4 quart tax stamp. The only date we could see on the bottle other than the 1818 date that the company started was 1888.

      Yes the tax stamp on the bottle will be of great help. I don't have the link to the site but there is a site online where you can research tax stamps for dates of issue.
