    This is a very old cast iron roasting pan with lid that has been in my family for many years. We believe it's late 1890 to early 1900's!!! I have a set of gourmet cookware that I bought and paid over $300.00 and if I had to choose between them, I would not trade anything for my cast iron pot!

      I don't know about chattin , but I'd take some chicken, BTW don't scrub cast to much, when your done, season it back
