This is a Handel Lamp I found at an estate sale. Does anyone know what this lamp is worth being that the shade is cracked in various places. In particular, the 3rd picture shows the worst side - I spun the back around to show the worst of it. The lamp has the original base with 3 hubbard light sockets with the acorn pulls and it has original wiring. Any input would be appreciated. I love it despite the damage.
Hello, it is truly a shame that the shade is broken. If intact, your lamp would be quite valuable. The shade, model 6625 was first manufactured in 1918. The base appears to be one of the oriental bases. Unfortunately, the majority of the value is in the shade and in your lamp, that value is gone. The base however is still quite desirable, as is the heat cap and finial. Handel bases like yours have sold for $250.00 and up. I hope this helps.
