Soviet Union-era tea cup with gold trim

Very rare tea cup, with the original price tag on the bottom! Was purchased by my Grandparents in 1982 when they went on a tour/cruise around Russia. Has real gold foiling in the cup and saucer, and says "Made in USSR" on the bottom of both.
