Hi your cute doll is a "Toni Doll" By Ideal Toy Co . The P 90 refers to her size she is 14 inches tall . These dolls came with curlers and hair products to fix their hair as yours has her curlers left in :-) She appears all original I can't see dress real clear . They are collectible and came out first in come out in 1949 and were produced into eary 50's . She is hard plastic and her saran hair will comb out beautifully . I have one in original box I love her ! I usually know all her clothes but this dress also reminds me of one for Shirley Temple by Ideal . Does it have a slip attached ? Toni dress's always had attached slip . Welcome to CW and hope to see you again :-)

Oh The 90 (W )means she is a walker doll . when you move her legs her head should turn . The walker came out in 1954-56 . The walker Toni Doll is a bit harder to find then one that does not walk , who do not have the W on them like yours .

Her dress is original the bow in front threw me off when I look closer that is what was wrong . It ties in back :-)

Thanks you , her does move a little when I move her head, the bow seems to attached to the front and yes she does a a little red slip and bloomers (panties). How can I restore her.

It looks like she just needs her hair gentley combed out . I can't tell if her dress is dirty but collectors prefer unwashed clothes unless very dirty . I have restored many dolls in my 30 plus years of working with doll museum . If she is not dirty leave her alone . Do NOT get water on face paint it will come off and ruin her . When we have to clean them we use a q-tip as not to touch any facial paint . My question is does she have a sour odor ? That was common problem for Hard plastic dolls . If she doesn't have it now she never will.
