Vintage Danelectro
This site is as cool as the Nat Daniels’s designed Danelectro guitars and amplifiers that grace its easy-to-navigate pages. Browse the candy-colored U-Series guitars from the late 1950s, the Fender Jaguar-like Danes and Hawks, and, of course, the Shorthorns, Longhorns, and Double-Necks, which often paired a guitar with a bass. Other curiosities include a few Vincent Bell collaborations from the 1960s, including the Coral Sitar (which featured 13 drone strings and six for playing chords) and the 12-string Bellzouki, inspired by the bouzouki music popularized in the 1960 film “Never on Sunday.”
