Gouda cup

This is from my Nans house before clearance people come as she has moved into a care home and is getting rid of almost everything from her old house. She is 93 and doesn't remember anything about it. It's been on a shelf high on its own, up above the cupboards for as long as I can remember. Alwsys looked s bit out of place in her kitchen! I like the colour and decided to keep it as keepsake ( and put it on a high shelf in my kitchen) . I'd love to know anything about it.
