Gotta be form the 20s to early 30s! Great, rare find.
Yeah Im thinking it is 1930's it is one of my favorite pieces.
Yeah this may be my favorite model of ice chest I also have this model in 7up, Grapette (which is extremely rough) and Nehi (which some yahoo painted black). I would love to find more such as a barqs root beer or another grapette in better shape than mine.
This is pretty cool as well
THANKS AGAIN REED. This is one of my favorite ice chests I have
It is an S&S cooler but I am not sure of the model number. They were produced around the late 30's and the signs could be charged for the different brands of soda inside.
They get misidentified as Glascock coolers at times. The Glascocks were strictly Coke and the S&S were everything but Coke.
A cool piece Rad!!!
Certainly you COULD........go to your favorite fabricator and use the lid from one of your others as a template for another for this cooler.
i have one of these looking for a price on what it's worth
if anyone could help
I have a 7up one. Anyone know what it would be worth?
Vintage, look on eBay (sold items) to get an idea what recent sold prices have been. Also if you are registered on LiveAuctioneers you can search for sold prices there too.
Hope it helps you and jotter!
