    Need help identifying this, looks like a cheese mold, about 12" x 12" x 12". Word 'Daisy' on front, handle on top pulls out round insert

      Daisy & Co. is still in business I think. That would be the place to ask. The logo isn't right and there doesn't seem to be holes in the inner bottom sleeve where when pressed the excess could flow out. I wonder if this might have been a promotional item that cheese was placed in and sold as a gift item? Now days cheese is kept in the fridge. Back when all you had was an ice box the cheese was waxed and after you cut it you covered it with wax paper. First slice every time after cutting it was always trash because it was hardened from exposure to the air. In those days cheese was pressed into wooden molds only. Totally different taste after it cured.
