I have had this bowl for several years, and was never able to find out anything about its maker, although I was quite sure it was Bohemian. Recently Gary (czechman) posted pictures of his gorgeous Crimped Rim Pepita bowl, identifying it as made by Rindskopf. My bowl is very similar in size (10.5" long x 8" wide and about 4" tall) and has very similar crimping, and a very similar ground pontil, as well. I am hoping he may be able to confirm for me that this was also made by Rindskopf, who is now a strong contender in my mind. This bowl has an oval base, and a very beautiful iridescent sheen over green-yellow glass.
UPDATE: the consensus from other members appears to be that it is not Rindskopf, but another unknown Bohemian maker. Off to do some more research! Thanks for the help! :)
Gorgeous!!!!
Thanks so much Lee!
You are most welcome!!! XO
Rindskopf would not be my first guess - it does however remind me of a Kralik piece that was up here recently.
Gary and Mac, thanks so much for your input. I really respect your opinions. I am going to go take a look at the Kralik piece Mac mentioned!
Michelle did you see this post I did a while back? It has a number of members personal sites that may help in your research. And its just handy to have regardless.

Mac, thanks so much for the list of websites. I know of some of them, but there are others I didn't know about that I am really looking forward to checking out!
