      It's a little bit hard to tell about the machine, a clear photo of the whole machine would be helpful :) The Brunswick is most likely a business name at the Paris address. Company names on a machine like this is called a 'badged' machine, and 'badging' the cast bases was also common and easy to do. The little outline decal on the machine looks a lot like a German machine possibly a Stoewer.
