I was very happy when I could add recently this nice little brooch to my micro mosaic collection. It has a c-clasp and set in silver (acid tested) because there are, as so often in jewelry from this period, no marks. The silver edges of the settlement, the common spheres such as are often seen in jewelry from the Victorian era. It is an ancient brooch with finely inlaid tiles it took very much patience and craftsmanship making it. Required unfortunately several tiles have been lost. But because it is a very complicated Micro Mosaic pattern this is barely visible to the naked eye. Have fun watching!
