what does markings on back mean?

I think the K is a regional mark for Odessa.

I wonder if the 30 mark stands for 1930? At least we can date it sometime after 1924:)

The inscription is "cost 30 kopecks"probable age 1970s 1980s.This is a souvenir badge of Leningrad or this Sankt Peterburg Russia.
