Does anyone know about this adorable angel, signed by Sarah, I know this is vintage. Her hair is real, the rest is ceramic or porcelein Thanks

The name looks more like SaRay to me. It isn't vintage in the strict sense of the word, as it isn't fifty or more years old. Cabbage Patch Dolls were introduced in 1978, this figurine would have come out after the dolls. The style of wings and the ribbon suggest 80s or later to me, but perhaps someone else has a different opinion.
