    I think it needs new tubes but it is very cool. I love the orange clock dials with blue inside accent.

      GE clock radio. These are pretty common, I owned one years ago but sold it a few years back. Looks like it could also use a good sanding to bring the luster back to that bakelite case.

      I'm always hesitant to do anything major to the item. But I do love it.

      They are cool no matter what bakelite radio it is. They all had their own style. BTW, all the grooves in this case make it very difficult to clean, trust me.

      Yeah I see a lot of q-tips in my future.

      The best way to clean these radios is to use brasso on it .. If you can get the old brasso, all the better. it does wonders for the finish.
      I know because I have one of these radios.
