    Bought at a high endestate sale. Very interested in its origins. Definitely handmade. Interesting clay color, red with some green. Unfortunately has been broken at some point but prior owner did make the effort to repair so it would seem to have had some historical or monetary value.

      Sorry, this is a contemporary decorator item with a "Southwest" motif, not Native American. No Native American tribe makes this style of pottery.

      Southwest "style" was especially popular in the 1980's, and there were lots of imports available that were influenced by Indian themes and motifs. From the rounded bottom and rope around the rim, this was probably made in Mexico.
