I have had thesse for a few years now & could not part with them because at the time it was the first time that I had seen this type. Since I have seen the same item on Ebay & beleive them to be made of Melmac, age 1950's or there abouts. Hand made & Oriental. If anyone has more information it would be appreciated. Sorry Packed away & do not have measurements.

Melmac is a brand name for dishes, melamine is what they use to make the melmac brand dishes. I doubt that these could have been been made in the same manner as melmac because of the detail. Although for years China was the biggest producer of melamine in the world so anything is possible. Melmac was produced by American Cyanamid.

Thank you for correcting me it's just everything I have read refers to it this way or I may have read it wrong in the first place. The 1 on Ebay classed it as such but they also said it was a 1 of. Plus thank you all for the loves if needs a more descript answer will do so as I come across Email so I can read what is said. Be safe everyone
