    I recently got this ring.. found out the stone goes by many names.. appaloosa stone, crazy horse stone and white horse magnesite.. It is signed Marie B. Sterling... no matter where I look I cannot find who this signature belongs to? Any help would be greatly appreciated

      thank you! I also acquired another White Horse magnesite ring that is a turtle as well. this is my first experience with this particular stone.. Love the colors in it. I am relatively new to learning about Native American jewelry. I have always loved it but didn't take the time to actually sit down and learn all that I could until my family was out of the house. Now I spend all my spare time learning about the different turquoise, differences between Zuni, Hopi and Navajo designs. I really appreciate you helping me with this! I thought it would be easier when the first name was there unlike other pieces that I have acquired.

      The stone is called White Buffalo as well.
