Doll's Coin Silver Spoon?

I am assuming this is a doll's coin silver teaspoon. The bowl is very crisp with no wearing down from usage (Doll's don't have teeth I suppose...). It has the typical feel and coloring of American coin silver. It is only marked on the back with a small open- winged eagle. Nothing really special except the size. I have never seen one like this before.
