A small "Coquille-Like" Bowl By GALLIANO FERRO who formed his own Glass Factory after leaving AVEM in Murano, Italy in 1955. After 1972 Georgio Ferro became head of the Company. This bowl probably dates late 1950's-early 1960's. It measures 7 1/2" long by 6"" wide by 3 1/2" tall and has a deep blue core with a green inner halo punctuated with Bullicante. RER(BOB)

Thanks Lee! It is the hardest thing to photograph because when you look directly into the bowl, it is a perfect blue orb (like an eye) but if you are a millimeter off center, the blue bleeds into the green halo. If you look at the blue from the sides, it is actually a slightly flattened-out egg. It's an amazing item. BOB
