Can anybody please help me identify this stunning glass bowl. It is about the size of a dinner plate and is very heavy. Thank you, Gail

I'd suggest Italian, Murano, Seguso - Alabastro.
      Beautiful work!

just google Seguso alabastro... You will probably not find same bowl, but many other alabastro pieces, alabastro is kind of glass which is like semi transparent and murky, like if you dilute milk with water... with shades of yellow, pink, blue or green, maybe other colors. is the base ground flat?

Thanks for your patience MacArt, I am a novice! The appearence of the glass is exactly as you have described and the base is flat and polished.
