I need some help! I can't find this figure anywhere!

We inherited this lovely piece more that 10 years ago and are now ready to part with it. For all of the possible internet searches we've seen nothing like it. It certainly has some condition issues but is it so rare that those concerns could be overlooked? The piece is approximately 10" tall. Any comments or information would be greatly welcome! It has the TMK-2 mark on the bottom but we cannot read the impression identifying it.
